Okay, here is 'Hammer Smashed Face' by Cannibal Corpse. It's a bit difficult to hear the guitar at some bits (!) so I'm not claiming that it is perfect.

Riff 11 - The slow grinding one ~~~~~~~ I-------------------------------I On the original, the two guitars do I-------------------------------I a trill as indicated by the 4343434. I-------------------------------I But, if you just play the 2 on the I----------43434343-------------I bottom string and give it a lot of I--2-2-2--------------------7\--I vibrato is sounds kinda similar and I--0-0-0---2~~~~~~~----1-1--7\--I is a lot easier to do. And here's how to put it all together...
The introduction ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Riff 1, played 3 times then riff 2. Riff 1a, played 3 times then riff 2. Riff 1a, played 3 times then riff 2. Then for the last few bars, pick the open E string fast with palm muting.
The bass solo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The verse ~~~~~~~~~ Riff 3, played 4 times Riff 4, played 4 times Riff 3, played 4 times
Riff 5, played 8 times
Chorus ~~~~~~ Fill 6, once Riff 7, played twice Riff 8, played 4 times Fill 6, once Riff 7, played twice.

Riff 1, played 3 times Play this 4 times: Riff 9, played 3 times then Riff 10 once.
